Each apartment is handed over cleaned and fitted with bedclothes and towels. For extra cleaning, the following fees are charged: 1 bedroom apartment R$ 30 BRL; 2 bedroom apartment R$ 40 BRL; 3 bedroom apartment R$ 50 BRL. The fees include changing of bedclothes and towels. If no cleaning of the apartment is needed, towels and bedclothes can also be changed for R$ 4,00 per item. Cleaning and laundry requests are ordered from the reception.
